The pretreatment wd use is called UltraKleen Super Concentrate, and is the finest degreaser/pretreatment on the market for residental homes. For businesses we use a high-PH formula. We apply the pre-spray to the furniture. Then we rinse and extract with a special tool that gets the dirt out of the fabric.
