Business Details After graduating from University of Houston's Hotel and Restaurant Management School, I absorbed as much as I could about the service and restaurant industry. After earning valuable hands-on experience, I decided that the Permian Basin would be the right place to build my restaurant. Like most entrepreneurs, my partners and I collected all our savings and headed to the Permian Basin to build the restaurant now known as Shogun. With our newly born baby Jessica and a few chef friends, we arrived amidst one of the scariest thunderstorms and our 1st encounter with tornadoes. That was in 1982. Visit Our Website |
