| The Permian Basin Obedience Training Club of Texas. Was established in the fall of 1988, in Midland, TX by a tiny group of dog enthusiasts wanting to improve the quality of dog training in the Permian Basin. The aim of this club has been to supply quality obedience instruction and promote the sport of dog training and encourage responsible dog ownership. Training classes are held indoors at K. C.
